Returns & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Guarantee
We want you to love every Tailmere product. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, grooming products that have been used cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Return
Contact us at tailmere.storesupport@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Return Postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, in which case we'll cover the cost.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us at tailmere.storesupport@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.

Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
